An unspoken bond between women, a code of conduct for how we treat ourselves and for how we treat others. WL transcends race, background, religion, socio-economic status, education, appearance, or geography. Our philosophy is that despite our numerous external differences, internally, we are all the same.

W share the same fears, insecurities, regrets, disappointments, capacity to love, hopes, and dreams. WL outlines and defines the foundational principles for being a woman of character and substance. The kind of woman that uplifts, inspires and encourages others by her example.

There has never been a better time to be a woman. We are standing up for ourselves in ways that will inspire real change. I remember the days when I felt so lost and confused about my place in the world. I always felt like the rules were constantly changing and I just couldn’t catch my groove. For so many years I prayed for a workbook, a guide, a plan, a creed for all things woman. I’m a rule follower so I knew I could surrender to the right philosophy.
